Michael has extensive experience in operational finance & strategy, transportation logistics and directing net income improvement projects. He is skilled at simplifying complex scenarios into manageable parts and developing practical, usable solutions.
He especially enjoys implementing cost cuts to boost profits, customer service improvement, building tools to empower decision makers and setting foundations for future growth and stability.
